As clear communication is the key to a successful project, we work closely with Architects, Designers and Sub-Contractors whose standards compliment our own, to achieve the client’s ultimate goal of a unique piece of craftsmanship using only quality materials and people.
Our Estimating team offer a competitive tender submission either negotiated or by nominated selection. A highly detailed bill of quantities is submitted with every estimate; therefore all costs are transparent to the client. We feel that the client should be aware of where all costs in the project are being outlaid. We do not claim to be the cheapest, but offer value for money with no compromise on quality.
